The Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre sits minutes from Muscat International Airport, with ample parking and easy access from across the capital. Detailed travel and accessibility information will be published closer to the event.

Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. The exhibition hall and visitor entrance are being confirmed with the venue and will be published before the event.

From Muscat International Airport

The venue is a short drive from Muscat International Airport. Recommended routes, taxi and transfer guidance will be published closer to the event.

Parking

On-site parking is available at the venue. Visitor parking arrangements for the Expo are still being confirmed. Valet parking is included with the VIP All-Access pass.

Accessibility

Accessibility arrangements, including step-free routes and assistance on arrival, are being confirmed with the venue. If you have specific requirements, email info@msi-om.com and the team will advise.

Questions before you attend

How much does it cost to attend?

Visitor registration is free and covers the exhibition floor and all 15+ hours of free seminars across both stages. A Professional pass is OMR 35 and a VIP All-Access pass is OMR 95. Full inclusions are listed on the Tickets page.

What are the dates and opening hours?

Oman Events Expo 2026 runs from 26 to 28 October 2026, open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre in Muscat.

Do I need to register before I arrive?

Advance registration is recommended and will be available through this site. Whether registration will also be possible on the door is still being confirmed — email info@msi-om.com if you need certainty for a team or delegation.

Are the seminars included with a free visitor pass?

Yes. All 15+ hours of seminars across the Local Insights Stage and the Global Trends Stage are free to attend for registered visitors. Professional and VIP passes add reserved seminar seating.

Is the Oman Events Awards night included in my ticket?

The Oman Events Awards take place on 28 October at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre. A seat at the ceremony is included with the VIP All-Access pass. It is not included with the Visitor or Professional pass.

Can I refund, change or transfer my pass?

Refund, change and transfer terms are being finalised and will be published with the booking terms before passes go on sale. Until then, please email info@msi-om.com and the team will confirm the position for your booking.

Are there group rates for teams or delegations?

Group and delegation rates have not been set for the inaugural edition. Email info@msi-om.com with your numbers and the passes you need, and the team will come back to you.

Is the Expo open to the public or to professionals only?

Both. Oman Events Expo is a B2B and B2C event, so it is open to trade visitors and to members of the public, while the seminar programme and exhibitor line-up are built around industry professionals.
